Our Chocolate Journey & Passion
Our love for chocolate started five years ago when a planned career as a chef was no longer possible due to a serious health issue. But my passion for creating and sharing delicious food never faded. There’s nothing quite like the joy of watching someone take that first bite of chocolate and seeing their face light up—that’s what keeps us going!
As our business grew, we quickly outgrew our home kitchen. Two years ago, we took a big step forward, moving into a dedicated Chocolate Workshop—a fully fitted space where our creativity could truly shine.
From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to create chocolates using only the finest, freshest ingredients. That’s why we chose Fino de Aroma chocolate, an internationally recognised classification that places it in the top 8% of the world’s cocoa.
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
Our chocolate is sourced from Casa Luker in Colombia, a company dedicated to ethical farming practices. Their initiatives provide work alternatives to drug gangs while reinvesting in local farmers and their families through education and agricultural development programs.
Crafted with Care — Now Completely Gluten Free
From the very beginning, our passion for chocolate has been rooted in purity and quality. Because we’ve always focused on using premium, uncomplicated ingredients, our chocolates naturally happened to be gluten free. Today, we’ve taken that commitment even further — our entire workshop is now a fully gluten free zone, with strict processes and precautionary labelling in place, making our chocolates completely suitable for coeliacs.
