Here at Chocolates by Design we want the quality and purity of our chocolate to show.
That’s why you don’t find any marshmallows, sprinkles or other high street products in our stirrers.
We like to think about our stirrers in the same way as coffee:
- Expresso shot – to give a deeper, darker taste to the hot chocolate we use a 72% Fino de Aroma. If you prefer dark chocolate this is perfect to give you the depth.
- Café au Lait – the ultimate to give a double, softer chocolatey richness.
- Latte – if you prefer a more milky taste to your hot chocolate this 36.5% white chocolate (forget what you think about white chocolate, this actually tastes of chocolate) is perfect.
- We aim to dispatch next day by DHL who provide a next day service. If you are ordering from the highlands or islands etc we are unable to dispatch by DHL unless you choose to pay the additional fee.
- the sender of the parcel will show as Complete Cafe Racer. This is because we have 2 family businesses in one location. Please do not be alarmed. If you order without this then we will post by tracked Royal Mail. We are considering a cheaper alternative if you’re not bothered on timescales.
- We don’t dispatch on a Friday as we can’t guarantee how the chocolates are stored to make sure they get to you in good condition.
Packaging may differ occasionally depending on availability from our suppliers but will be of equal or better quality.
Whilst we do not accept returns we want you to be totally happy with your purchase. Please do get in touch if you are not satisfied and we will do our very best to help out.
