This is our take on the viral Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Bar; but we only use the very finest ingredients which means they are gluten free and suitable for coeliacs. We use the highest quality chocolate (top 7% internationally and is classified as Fino de Aroma) and premium pistachio cream. The famous filling is made with crispy flakes of corn, pistachio cream, white chocolate ganache and and tahini to give the slightly salty taste and is available in milk or dark chocolate. It’s carefully handcrafted to recreate the original bar so those who are gluten intolerant or Coeliac can also indulge! Unlike other suppliers we don’t bulk our bars with any unnecessary ingredients just 40% Chocolate (Milk Bars) or 72% Chocolate (Dark Bars) without the need for palm or vegetable oils nor artificial flavourings. Our chocolate workshop is a gluten free zone and all our ingredients do not have any precautionary allergen labels. We’re known for our quality and a box of our chocolates has recently won silver medal in the Free From Awards (pipped to gold by Tesco and Booja Booja), acknowledging our commitment to being gluten free and producing amazing chocolate.
